Relaxation Breathing Exercise
- Inhale through your nose as you slowly count to 4. Focus on how your breath feels in your nostrils.
- Hold your breath as you slowly count to 4. Focus on how the air feels inside of your lungs.
- Exhale as you slowly count to 7. Focus on how your breath feels coming across your lips.
- Repeat this for as long as you need to.
